I have just a moment to update the failed peace plan between Coleah Penley Ayers and myself. If you wish to read the entire thread on Usenet, click here. In a nutshell ... and I do mean nutshell:
Early in the week Bee attempted a ceasefire / truce of the years of the Coleah Penley Ayers vs Ilena Rosenthal. After Coleah agreed to remove the defamatory website of my personal name she owns (and distributes with people on this list and Myrl Jeffcoat), I agreed to remove the contents of my explanatory webpages on her and references to her on other pages. This unexpected turn of events came during a week that I was extremely occupied. When I saw Coleah had removed contents of her website of my name, I complied and spent several hours re-doing my webpage. Because since 2004, Coleah has been the point woman for the Smear Campaign against me ... I got to revisit many, many pages and realize the extent of her various assaults against me have been ... while she was working with the men below.
We had one day of peace I believe.
By April 2nd, however, apparently Coleah became innudated with demands by "Me too" Myrl and others on this list that she must change the agreement and demand that I remove all traces of their 13 year Industry Vs Activist attack against me.
The irony is all of these people who have collectively tried to destroy my reputation and my life for many years all claim to independently hate me and have nothing to do with each other ... and here they proved once again that they are an entity joined together against me.

The original contents of this explanatory webpage on my long time Nemesis ... Coleah Penley Ayers were removed on April 1, 2008 ... no joke. The content was replaced with the column to the right.
It was part of an important 'peace' plan that was being negotiated by a woman who, like millions, suffers from the very complex, very painful, and unfortunately, political more than medical malady, we'll call Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS).
On April 2, 2008, Penley Ayers totally broke the Peace Plan she agreed to. She re-instated the defamatory website of my personal name and added a new set of unacceptable & revealing demands.
The several men for whom Coleah is their Mouth & who hide behind her are:
Patrick O'leary, former Vice President of McGhan Medical, President of Inamed in Ireland, and for the last several years, Director General of Eurosilicone (a Medicor Breast Implant Maker based out of Paris, France. The synopsis of my 13 years of experience with O'leary is here.
Stephen Joel Barrett, head of the QuackWatch Empire, who lost to me in multiple courts in California and for whom Penley Ayers is a publicist, repeating his loser's viewpoint of the case and of me.
Andrew M. Langer, the ultimate Neo-Con Flack and a member of Barrett's Snake-oil Vigilantes, who spent years on Usenet assaulting me, while on corporate salary. He & Coleah basically highjacked the newsgroup, alt.support.breast-implant before the invasion of Iraq, and posted the corporate backed propaganda to mislead Americans into the war.
In early 2004, Andrew organized Myrl and O'leary and several others a couple of years ago, and claimed they were going to 'ignore' me. Instead, they went underground and people on the newsgroup received scathing letters from Myrl Jeffcoat such as this one. Langer backed up Myrl's actions, and in his ever humble way, took bows for his New Year's Resolution.
Here's an excerpt from a letter Jeffcoat wrote days after pledging to Andrew that she would ignore me.
I received a series of ugly messages today from a woman who regularly participates on this board. The fact that this woman signed the New Years Resolution, doesn't mean that she's going to leave Ilena alone. She made a series of allegations about me and told me her opinion of Ilena. Apparently she considers Ilena the devil incarnate!. . . She suggested that, because I refuse to join the Bash-Ilena club, I am staying with an abusive spouse or abusing my children!!! . . . She called Ilena a psychopath. Does she realize that accusations like these can be dangerous? January 14, 2006 2:06 a.m. |

Andy left Usenet soon after that and Coleah and Myrl augmented their communal attempts to discredit me and cause people to hate and ridicule me like they do.
I do not believe for one moment that he left the "I Hate Ilena" movement ... but continues to hide behind and be on call for any assistance or brainstorming Myrl & Coleah may need. Langer is the 'in' to the support group for the enormous Junk Science Propaganda Campaign. Interesting that they are all connected with O'leary, too.
Terry Polevoy aka "Vera Teasdale" -- one of 3 plaintiffs who recently lost his 7year court battle with me, and now owes over $311,000 for my attorneys fees. Yesterday, via their Health Fraud List, Polevoy sent this message to Coleah, and soon thereafter, she broke our Peace Agreement.

On April 1, 2008 for my part in a bi-lateral 'peace plan' with Coleah Penley Ayers, I removed all references to her on our webpages and replaced the websites with her name on them with the contents below. She in turn, took down the defamatory website she owns, of my personal & unique name.
