Humantics Foundation 1380 Garnet Avenue E-444 ~~~ raising awareness to the very real dangers of breast implants since 1995 ~~~
City of San Diego October 23, 2004 RE: Humantics Foundation Business License I was just advised (it was posted on the internet to my surprise) that our Business License expired the end of 2003. I apologize profusely, but I never received any notice of this or I would definitely have made sure this was up to date. I am currently travelling in various countries while writing and speaking out on our Foundation's non profit work, raising awareness to the very real dangers of breast implants and other silicone products. We maintain a voice mail and a fully staffed mailbox drop for our Foundation which is in the City of San Diego, however, we have no on-site residence or office building at the present time. Because we are a non profit, we know that we owe no taxes and that you have our paperwork on file from when we first applied. I hope that this letter will suffice. If we need to fill out any paperwork, please leave a message or our voice mail at 858.270.0680 or send me an email at ilena2000@hotmail.com. It takes a while, but I eventually receive (the majority) of my mail sent through the post office. Please let me know if there is anything I should do if in fact our license is expired. An email would really expedite this process as I can access it during my travels. Thank you so much for your cooperation. Ilena Rosenthal email: ilena2000@hotmail.com |
