UPDATE OF APRIL 3, 2008 ... I recently learned that Coleah Penley Ayers was NOT the owner of this group and that another, unnamed person was the owner. It appears that it was either one of these individuals ... or a combination of them: Terry Polevoy, Stephen Barrett, Andrew M Langer, and / or Mark S Probert who funded the Private Investigator and Penley Ayer's trip to Costa Rica in their attempts to physically locate me. I had removed this page as a part of a "Peace Plan" with Penley Ayers ... which she destroyed yesterday. |

The newsgroup I created in the Fall of 1995 is one medium that the Junk Science Campaign can not totally control as they have all others. The Wild West of the Internet ... a visit there now will reveal a Corporate Lobbyist (Andrew M. Langer) totally embedded with and leading a small, vocal group of those who call themselves "legitimate"support group leaders who have tried to push me out of their mutual way since Autumn, 2001. They have worked hand in hand with my Plaintiffs above and Inamed's former President. .. to create a Smear Campaign against me ... so vicious ... it appears they have no boundaries. Since I began the newsgroup, their twisted version of my personal life has been broadcast wide & far. That it bears no relationship to reality doesn't faze nor slow them now in their defamation against me. Together in what they named the "SBIPrivateClub" ... this group and and former Inamed President Patrick O'leary (currently head of Eurosilicone in France) have hired a Private Investigator to hunt me down ... stalked friends of mine in their search, and attempted to access my bank accounts. They are, in my opinion, the embodiment of the PR Plan describing the cover up of damning Dow Corning information ... and the creation of "networks." These are typical tactics used for years by the "quackbusters" in their attempts to destroy chiropractors, holistic and alternative healers, naturopaths, fluoride activists, critics, radio show hosts, homeopaths and doctors working to uncover the mystery of Multiple Chemical Sensitivities -- to name but a few. When the Quackbusters all lost their SLAPP suit to me in Superior Court in 2001 ... Coleah Penley Ayers purchased a website with my name and filled it with hopefully embarassing, morphed photos she stole from my website. Concurrently, she threatened to sue the Humantics Foundation for posting one photo of her ... unmorphed ... from her website. Myrl Jeffcoat was recently outed from his disguise of calling herself "Will Ketcher" which she enjoyed for several hundred posts. Like Mark Foley of Florida ... she seemed to believe she'd never get outed ... Penley Ayers proudly works with former Inamed President, now head of Eurosilicone, as his Collection Agent to collect a judgement from me. Details are here. Even though there are thousands of women in the breast implant cause who have been poorly treated by their attorneys and the Dow settlement, Penley Ayer's finanical alliance is with Patrick O'leary, who hid behind an alias to attack and defame me for several years. She also is closely aligned with Terry Polevoy ... whose claim that I "libeled" him was heard in the California Supreme Court on September 5, 2006.
The "Patrick" Coleah is referring to is the former President of Inamed, silicone manufacturer, and was last publicly mentioned on his hiring to Eurosilicone. She further has stated that she is hunting me down to serve me with legal papers. This coincides with Terry Polevoy's public declaratations about my physical location and more of his threats with more lawsuits. This is how obsessed she is ... there are but 3 of over 70 morphed photos from her now nuked website. This page is under construction ... thanks for your interest. If anything happens to me, I want this evidence of Penley Ayers and her Clubmates to be public. .

Corporate Apologists Langer & Penley Ayers ... working to upgrade the "image" of the silicone manufacturers & their industry, represent a textbook case of "walking both sides of the aisle." A professional Corporate Lobbyist and PR Flack, Andrew Langer has embedded himself between Penley-Ayers, Jeffcoat and Martha Murdock ... and promotes Murdock's NSIF while spending inordinate amounts of salaried time blasting me and the Humantics Foundation, a tiny non profit currently being sued by the 'gents' in the column to our left. Langer is part of their "Rag-tag Posse" ... click here to see the list of them. . SBIPrivateClubber Nidiffer was kind enough this week to point out the perfect examples of Penley Ayers "walking both sides of the aisle" ... exactly what every PR Campaign needs. Along with Langer, they now attempt to control all aspects of the breast implant discussions on Usenet, and it is my firm belief, after 10 years of working in this issue, that the manufacturers and plastic surgeons do not have the best interest of women in their hearts. I wrote this piece in 1996 ... and it is as true as ever. I also fiercely disagree that by any stretch of the meaning of "science" that any breast implant has been proven to be "safe."
